Really good food both on the menu at the restaurant and that of the functions held there.Never disappointed by the spectacular views and the tranquility of this place.Worth driving just 15min out of town for their meals.We will be back – again!
We arrived without a reservation but the staff was extremely friendly and arranged a table under the trees. EnGedi put on a 3 course buffet menu on Sundays for R185.00, each course was really enjoyable with a nice variety of foods, a few different things too, like a make your own butternut and feta salad to start, chicken stuffed with mint and very yummy butternut balls in some really yum sweet sauce. Dessert was a nice variety. Having a 1 year old little girl, I was extremely impressed with the baby changing facilities and the kids play area. The gardens are well kept and very peaceful. Happy Easter all!

And after waiting for more than an hour we get some horrible food!! its tasteless..we had ordered everything that was there on the menu .. Baby chicken was dry,the chicken burger had the most terrible sauce in it,chicken pasta was too sweet. To top it all they ran out of Pizza bread , so we only got one Veg pizza!! The waitress was rude when we started complaining about the delay.Only good thing about the place is its location.The place is beautiful.Wont advise the place to anyone!!
Great food, excellent service will definitely recommend the place. Nicely presented. Lovely place We had a sleep over and accommodation at least 4*+.
Celebrated my husband’s birthday -group of 16- & I must say it was fantastic! Starting with Taryn’s professional attitude to the beautiful gardens, the lovely set up, the very good service & the great food! I do highly recommend Engedi for your functions & will do anytime!
