The creepiest dissapointment I’ve experienced this year. My husband bought a Groupon for a seafood platter for two. We went there to redeem the Groupon on a cold Tuesday night in July.The restaurant is hidden behind a massive nursery out on Lynnwood, so we got lost on the way. When we finally found the place there was not a single customer to be found in the restaurant. It felt like we were intruders in some weird old lady’s forgotten home.Once we were in the restaurant, the waiter saw us and turning back was not an option so we hesitantly sat down. The atmosphere was cold, it was only us and the waiter, I think he was the one that prepared the food as well.We ordered drinks, which was expensive. Our food arrived, and it was disgusting looking followed by disgusting tasting. It tasted like everything went from frozen to deep fried which would explain the weird brownish colour of all the food on the plate. Needless to say we would never return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.It might be better on a weekend in the moring but I seriously doubt it. I also doubt this restaurant would make it, since nothing about it is up to par. There are a lot of other decent restaurants in Lynnwood where one can spend R300 on dinner for two.
