When Papachinos first opened, I would have to say it was amazing. The best place for a family to eat out at. The service was amazing and the food was always good. The shop has been extended and become bigger. More tables and chairs have been added. The problem is that with the amount that has been added, kitchen can’t keep up. Service has definitely deteriorated and food quality dropped. Food takes long to be served. Some of the older waiters still work there and they still try their best to offer the best possible service. I’m sure many people still enjoy it but I personally hope that they start training their waiters a little better. To me it seems like it has become on par with a Spur. You only go there so kids can enjoy themselves.

Had a lovely time. Food and service was great. Pizza, sushi and chicken all impressed. Cocktails worth it! Just note this is a very family friendly restaurant, so if you don’t mind kids running around, it is worth a visit.
Food was ok service non excistent. Dont want a waiter hanging around me but this guy was planely said pathetic. Worst i ever experienced. Was busy talking to him he just ignored me. Did however discussed it with his manager.
