Went to have brunch with my partner after hearing about Rosemary Hill as a wedding venue. The only really redeeming thing about the food was the portion size, but other than that it was quite disappointing. The staff were incredibly slow. The iced coffee was made in such a way that the cream and water split (not appetizing at all) and the waitresses did not seem very clued up on the menu. I’m sure it’s a nice enough venue, but our dining experience was definitely lacking, I’m afraid.
The slowest service EVER. Being a public holiday one would think that a busy restaurant would be prepared. After having to ask for menus twice, checking up on our order three times and only receiving our three cuppachino’s after 55 minutes I had to cancel our food order after waiting fot 1 hour and 20 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable.
