Very interesting place and setup. Old style decor with a furniture shop and 2nd hand bookstore inside the Cafe. Interesting items on the menu, might not be to everybody’s liking. Service is a little bit slow but the food taste great though. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve visited this restaurant five times in the past. Twice I received terrible service, definitely will not be coming back again. Service is non existed. I have been sitting here since 10:10 and was served a rooibos cappachino and nobody has been back to check on me since the waitress has left the cup on the table. It is now close to two hours later. Previously the same happened. If you dont get up and go and ask for assistance there is none. It is quiet as it is a week day so there is no excuse. Fortunately I am sitting and working but I wanted to order lunch before I left. I might receive it next week if I am lucky.
Has a lovely, warm atmosphere and is very popular. Their meals are focused on more traditional South African meals. Awesome breakfasts available at reasonable prices. Will definitely be going again.
