What a shocking experience. Took 15 minutes to place a drinks order and we have now been sitting for 55 minutes waiting for 3 pizzas. Now told there was a breakdown in communication and waiter claims its only been 50 minutes not 55. And the place is not full!! Sorry Square Times not good enough and no manager to be seen
We’ve supported Square Time Cafe quite a few times over the past 4 years and it’s now come to a point where we won’t be going back. The main problem being consistency. We’ve had delicious meals and we’ve had some really horrible ones. Service was never outstanding but in this price range and having done takeaway most of the time we were able to overlook that. Unfortunately we just had another incident where they messed up the order and whilst preparing some of the forgotten items, the other food was getting cold. To top this, we had the pleasure of dealing with an extremely rude waitress that clearly should not be customer facing.
We had a lovely evening at Square time cafe. It is a great place to have a wholesome meal that is not over priced. The service was good and our waiter was really friendly. I will definitely be returning for more.
Menu with a lot of choices. Food is very nice. We both enjoyed a filet, one with blue cheese and one with camembert. Very good choice. Service is very attentive.
Great atmosphere, good service and a big menu. Always satisfied with fantastic food and big portions. Would always recommend Square Time. The daily specials and events provided are always great.
