Probably the worst restaurant experience ever!Firstly, we did not get the seating we had asked for.Secondly, the drinks order only arrived after 30 minutes.Thirdly, there was load shedding and the restaurant doesn’t own a generator and if it did own a generator it was not operational so the venue was in total darkness.Fourthly, the starters arrived an hour after the order was placed.Fifthly, the main course arrived a full four hours after we arrived.Sixthly, after asking for the bill several times, another hour passed.Lastly, the bill already included a tip of 10% and was not optional.Do yourself a favour – keep well clear of this pathetic establishment.You can’t even complain to management because they are nowhere to be seen.I should have gone to KFC instead.”Dave Stuart

Never book for an event at Rustica. Booked and paid more than 4 months ago. Only to receive a call a week before to inform me that they have a bigger event on the same day and can no longer accommodate my event in the section I have asked for.
Enjoyed every bite! Giant chicken schnitzel is GIANT and the mushroom sauce is amazing! The pizza toppings are good loads of cheese was a bit dissapointed with the base but the toppings saved it! Lovely cocktails and nice specials. Will definitely come back for the Sunday buffet.
