So this place used to be a favourite for a quick bite during lunch hour. Recently, they have changed owners, and it seems not for the best. I ordered a chicken schnitzel, asked for them to add a cheese slice, and throw in a peri-naise sauce and potato salad. With a drink, this order normally goes for R60. After the cashier first put fries instead of potato salad on the order, it totaled R72. Now I thought maybe it was a price increase with the new owners, I let it go. They took the slip, corrected the fries to potato salad by hand, and took it to the kitchen. After 30 minutes, a box came out where they took potato salad out of the fridge and handed it to me. Finally I got to see my slip, and they had put on a prego roll instead of a schnitzel! Now after waiting so long, I just took the burger and left the shop highly irritated. The cashier nor the owner seemed phased with this mistake.Finally, I open the box when I get to the office, and there was more oil than bun and chicken in the box! Sadly disappointed, as the shop wasn’t even fully stocked, the food as mediocre, and the service was sadly a big let down. I’m sure they could turn it around, as I believe the shop is still a great idea.
