I was so excited to try Panarottis for the first time in ages and seeing the new Menu even more so! Pizza’s was dry and very bland! Worse than I remembered!
Service was great, I didn’t wait long at all. Pizza was great too. Only downside, I was unknowingly seated below the children’s play area which is a wooden floor or something. The kids are constantly running, so you have this annoying sound the whole time, which I did not enjoy during my meal. I couldn’t wait to finish my food & leave the restaurant.
So we got to Panarottis on Sunday, we were seated and got served our drinks quickly, well this was the only hilite of the day, after we fiished our first drinks we had to wait 10minutes for our waitress(name unknown) to arrive again, we then ordered our pizza and more drink, more than an hour later no food yet, no visit to table to explain why we are still waiting, called manager there was a printer problem, I can understand a printer problem but why when they realised no one came to the table to tell us what is happening. After complaining the manager Ace offered a free drink and we asked for salad dressing, waited 5min still nothing we were forced to get up and walk to front where all the waiters where standing and finally it happened someone toom responsibility and made sure we were okay, a WAITER named Alex got the salad dressing in 5 seconds and the beer in 6 seconds. Why is the waiter more compotent than the manager. And thus is were I have a compliment thank you Alex who made sure that we were served and treated brilliantly after this unpleasent experience. Can Alex please give the managers some training on how to handle complaints and how to get customers happy again!!
