We decided to meet friends at this venue as it is in plesant surroundings. What we found is a run down, unclean, weary establishment. The service is slow and very unprofessional. I ordered an R80 haloumi starter as I was a little peckish and what was brought to the table was a small pile of rocket topped with 5 thin strips of haloumi and a sweet chilli sauce that was old and dried out and had no flavour at all. The owner was not there and I asked the waiter to call the manager. He did not come untill we asked again. He begrugingly agreed that the starter served was not worth any where near R80 and allowed a R20 discount. Still not worth it at all. The kitchen should not have served such a feable dish. The only consolation was the two for one offer on beer and wine and the venue. The toilet did not have toilet paper, were scruffy unclean and no hand soap or anything to dry ones hands with.  It would be such a nice venue for a well run, clean and efficiently run establishment,

Â Al you could taste was Mozzarella. Â They put so little of the ham on you could not taste it and I asked for Feta which was not added and when I asked for extra Feta on the side I was told that the kitchen refused. Â Absolutely terrible and unpleasant. Â The setting is lovely it is a pity they spoil it with bad service and poor food.

The food is always tasty.however this time round the edges of our pizza where over cooked.when we called the manager,Damian he’s response was less than professional telling us that there is nothing wrong with the burnt edges.Very disappointed is the customer care and the manager for his righteous attitude towards customers.
