This establishment is quite different from the others I quite enjoyed being able to watch the guy as he prepares the sushi. They seems vastly understaffed but that doesn’t not affect the quality of food as it is quite good. They are rather frugal on the salmon portions the salmon roses felt like a gunk of rice with a salmon ribbon around it. Overall a really chilled place.
