Had a health breakfast , well presented, lovely waitress , nice coffee , admittedly the light rain and garden made for a lovely breakfast experience , quiet relaxed atmosphere, if im in the area i will pop in again
Well. Although I have visited Deja-Vu before, today I felt a bit dissatisfied with my experience. The iced coffee shake was lumpy and the lemon meringue was chucked on a plate. My previous experiences was all positive but today was a bummer. My advice; should you plan a visit here, go there in the mornings for breakfast as their energy and attention to detail are a bit off in the afternoon.
Its pretty, but feel they got stuck. Can see that it was amazing 20years ago. But they can do with a revisit of the menu at least. Has a lot of potential. If you want to stick with an old fashioned tea garden menu, you HAVE to make sure its out of this world.
