Quite disappointed, campus tribeca is not the same as your normal tribeca elsewhere. Food is extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity of food you get. The menu gives around a quarter of the options to choose from compared to the normal menu.
The service I got from one of the waitresses was horrible, she even gave me attitude and demanded more tip she said I was ungrateful. I honestly cannot believe what she told me and when I demanded to see the manager she humbly apologized and said she was not aware that I was hurt. Nobody deserves to be treated like that especially as a customer, I’m definitely not coming back ever again to this place.
The food is nice, but the service is shocking and a real let down. For the most part, the waiters have conversations with each other inside the restaurant, without attending to customers. If you don’t grab their attention, you’ll wait a long time!
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!I!!!I asked the waiter I need a table for 6 people. She looked at me, and said are you going to order. Then I said yes, then she said its Lunch time and now you want to take two of my tables. Then she suggested 2 tables, but was so rude and didn’t seemed like she wanted to help. So I said; the tables where you are suggesting, its quite noisy, and suggested other tables, she just refused to help me, and went on helping other customers! Shocking!!! Honestly Management train your staff better! Wont be seeing me again!!
