The service was incredibly poor. We waited 45min for simple meals (I.e. salads and burgers) and ordered coffees that arrived 15min later, half full and ice cold. Such a pity for the lovely atmosphere and setting of this beautiful restaurant. The service really ruined the experience for us.
I had a great time here . Our waiter just kept on forgetting our drinks/ food orders . This was a once off thing but we will definitely be back ! The food was fresh and well prepared !
Absolutely lovely setting, food is good(ish) – service the worst I have experienced in several years – extremely slow in an empty restaurant, they ran out of wine glasses?!? And brought a roll of tin foil to the table for take-aways ?!?! So much potential but extremely disappointing experience!!
Shockingly slow service. We waited so long for just our drinks that we eventually got up and left. The table next to us did the same. So I can’t comment on the food. It’s a lovely setting, so a real pity they can’t get their act together on service.
