I had a generous portion of uncle sam 🙂 although tasty, I can unfortunately not award it the best burger in Town. My partner had the T-Rex 2.0 (600g). The meat was overdone and a bit chewy. Onion rings was PERFECT and the salad was fresh. Overall great vibe on a Saturday evening, gets busy when the sun sets.
Everything was good, except one dish. Pork belly was tough, but the manager handled my concerns like a champ and removed it from the bill. Will definitely be back. Service is friendly and efficient.
My friend and I went to Whisk for an early dinner on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere is lively and homey and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We both happened to order their chicken pie with veggies. The pastry could have been a bit crispier and the chicken wasn’t cut small enough for my liking, but otherwise it was absolutely delightful, one of the best chicken pies I have ever had. I would recommend this place for family and friend gatherings.
