Was a bit on the hungry side and Rocomammas was close by. Place was not too busy or empty, and I couldn’t understand the waiting for service. Eventually got served and placed our order. We had the double cheesy smash burger and chips. Finished off with a double espresso. Food and coffee were good, but the slow service needs some attention.
Great burgers and great service! What more could you ask for? They also cater well for people who have allergies. They happily ensured my burger has no bun or wheat in it. I’ll definitely be back.
Food quality was fine for Rocomamas even though there was a piece of chicken with the veggie burger (management handled it well), service was poor, waiting staff was very inattentive, had to flag them down often but they still managed to bump into the table/chair everytime walking past. Not going back anytime soon.
WORST Rocomamas there is. I’ve ordered takeaways in the past and time and time again there is either something missing from our order completely or there is a mistake with the order. Today, I ordered a takeaway through UberEats again, and my order was completely WRONG. I ordered a bacon, cheese and guacamole burger. Chicken patty. And asked for no red onion. I also ordered 6 feta bombs. What I received: Beef burger. No guacamole. Tons of red onion. Jalapeño Bombs. SO DISAPPOINTED. Will never order here again.
