Firstly, this establishment is guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING, the options they give online are not correct and they do not seem to care about updating it. Phone service is terrible and the willingness to share information regarding the menu change is non existent, I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not give this establishment any business as they will surely disappoint, places like this should be shut down!

I tried calling 1+1 Pizza, Pierre van Ryneveldt from 20:00 on 15/07/2016 at 4 minute intervals. I could not once get through. At 20:30 I get in my car with the hope to get service. At 20:35 I get to the closed front door of the facility and assume its due to the cold weather just to realize that it is because no one is interested to let me in. Eventually I am greeted by the manager through a tiny opening to be told that there is no ”prep” ?, Upon complaining about the poor phone service and dying hunger I am let in to the store to be greeted by a cashier who looks as me with disgust. I then realize that the phone is off the hook and when I enquire I am told that they just took it off. I am then told that I can gladly place an order. No thank you, you lost yet another client.Your staff is the reason that you will probably see this branch fail. Your store manager encourages poor service. See you on Hello Peter
