Khaleo is an absolute must. Great staff, decor and most importantly food. Had a chat with Chef Nina. She really has a passion for food witch is clear when you take that first bite. Super fresh, tasty and classy food. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to be back.
Opted to go for lunch at Khaleo. The place is quite popular and it was buzzing with people. Started with a lovely strong cappuccino (good strong coffee). The menu is a cafe cuisine so you won’t find a big steak served there. Our orders were sourdough open sandwiches and a serving of asian infused pork belly (served with pickled eggs and fine noodles). Good tasting food but the meals are a bit small for liking.

The fresh juices are really refreshing so much so i had 2 glasses. loved my breakfast the pairing of the flavojds esepcially the avo and beetroot. i would definitely visit it again 🙂
Love the food! Love the coffee. Beautiful restaurant. Highly recommend it to all coffee-lovers. Best coffee in Pretoria. Interesting dishes on the menu. Will definitely be back.
Interior of restaurant is amazing.Pricing is reasonable and fair.Food tasted good. Prestation was disappointing as food was left on the pass for over 10 mins leading to presentation literally melting away.All coffee’s order was cold. When this was brought to the staffs attention instead of remaking the coffee the cold coffee was heated using the sreamwand of the coffee machine ruining the taste of the coffee. Such a shame. Such an easy problem to fix. However I notice it is not the first comment of this nature for this restaurant.
