Don’t waste your time & money going to Hogshead Waterkloof at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Waiters all sitting outside around a fire watching football. No acknowledgement! The menu on Zamato is vastly different to the one they use, not least of all the prices. Don’t you guys update your menus to social media sites?? Service from Sam was pathetic. I had to go looking for a waiter to bring me another beer. Only saw a white guy – I assume a manager- after I finished my meal. He too, didn’t bother to greet or ask about my meal when he walked past. No wet wipes! Who doesn’t keep refresher towels. No surprise Hazelwood restaurants are much busier.
The food is not too bad. It can get a bit loud inside but it still has a pretty good atmosphere. They have a lovely buy one get one special on cocktails from 16:00-19:00 everyday.
