Was here for the first time tonight. Very friendly welcome from a waitress. Nice! Had spaghetti Quattro Formagio, which was delicious but a small portion. They sell a bottle of Cab Sav Tinto blend for R55. The waitress was kind enough to have a small forcasia made for me. Excellent attitude. The wine was Excellent value for money! When the waitress brought my bill, she asked if I had enjoyed my meal. I said I had but commented on the rather small portion. She immediately after, approached a man in short pants and discussed my comments with him. He clearly got very irritated and gave her some lengthy explanation which I couldn’t hear. As another customer commented earlier, management don’t interact with guests and therefore do not care what the feedback is. I’m happy to pay for a larger portion, but be nice about any feedback.

Upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly waiter and shown to our table. The look and feel of the place is welcoming. We ordered our drinks while the kids went in to make sand art, pizzas and cookies. What a great idea to keep kids entertained. We opted for Pastas and placed our order. During the waiting time we had about 3 waiters coming to us with food that we did not order. It seemed like they did not know there table numbers or were just totally lost. We got our food and I can honestly say mine was delicious. My partners on the other hand was a little bland . Chicken was slightly over cooked and the dish itself was dry. The other issue to me was the fact that the waiters seemed untrained. We had to ask for salt and pepper as no condiments were on the table. They are willing but don’t have the full knowledge on service. My glass stood empty for a while and no offer for another drink was offered. Being in the same industry I would expect management to actually walk around and talk to their customers to ensure customer satisfaction. The place has so much potential, but it lacks a little care.
