Have been here several times because of the lovely atmosphere. The menu offers very interesting options (sometimes too interesting) but I have been disappointed in the breakfasts and salads several times. They close quite early before 5pm in the day, so expect the smell of floor cleaning chemicals with your cake if you order from 4pm. Lovely vibe and friendly staff. Their cake and coffee is good. Their food quality and options could do with an improvement.
Was in the neighbourhood and decided to give Afro-Boer a go. It has a lovely shaded garden with benches to sit. So if sitting on the inside is not your thing, try the outside area in the “garden”. There is an assortment of cakes and pastries as well as the normal sandwiches & burgers. Since it was quite busy, just opted for a grande cappuccino and a mint smoothie. Quite a relaxing atmosphere.

What can I say!!!! Love the menu, love the food, love the originality behind the menu and love the atmosphere. This place is a stand-out in my books. Definitely worth my 5-star review. Please note that if go on a a Sunday, you must make a reservation. I did not and pitched up and they were full. Luckily the manager and staff were accommodating and arranged a table for us. Service is awesome and the waiter that served us, really made an effort to make us comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great meal.
