  I would like to start by saying that I love the Hooters franchise and the food was amazing and this is the first negative experience that I have ever had at a Hooters restaurant. However, the service I received was so shocking that I felt that it had to be brought up. My waitress, Brittney, was incredibly rude to me and the people at my table and while I understand that something else may have been going on with her I still believe that she should be able to put that aside at work and be polite at most- which she wasn’t. Her behavior and work ethic was completely unprofessional and unacceptable,

  I think this must be the place where they serve the best chicken wings. I like their menu selection as it has a little bit for everyone. I personally don’t suggest going there during their open mic evenings if you want to have a relaxing evening. It is extremely loud and the music and the open mic sounds clash terribly. Overall I really enjoy the food. A must try out if you have not been there before.

  We have tried the mighty Hooters a few times now on different occasions ranging from lunch and dinner to partying at its best. Food is great and they have good specials throughout the week. However, the service is terrible but the fault lies with management. They need more waiters.
