Food literally took an hour, when we got it it was cold. We watched it cooling on the counter but there were not enough staff to carry take away orders from the counter to the customers.
I love Pizza Perfect, it’s one of the few franchises that still use wood burning stoves, but I’ve pretty much had it with this one. The food is generally okay, but a few times the crust has been burnt to charcoal and the avocado often looks like it seen better days. Knowing that wood oven baked pizzas take longer, I generally place my order over the phone and collect, yet arriving 40 minutes after I’ve still been welcomed the announcement that my order hasn’t even been started yet. On a few occasions they’ve also gotten the order wrong, even after I had double checked it. Overall, I’ll most likely be getting my pizzas somewhere else from now on.
This establishment is a legend, its been around so long, we’ve been coming here since we were kids with our parents and it’s still the best place to buy woodfire take away pizza, I would definitely recommend.
Lived in this area for almost 3 years and it was the first time at Pizza Perfect. My boyfriend and I wanted pizza on a Saturday night but didn’t want to go to the usual franchise. With a quick drive, we ordered and our Godfather pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Their pizzas are wood fired and smothered in cheese on a thin base. Just how we like it! A great restaurant with quick and friendly service. Definitely a new favourite.
