We had a quick breakfast here and quite enjoyed it.We ordered mince pancakes, tikka chicken tramazeni,healthy breakfast, cappuccino and a vanilla latte.The drinks came with a delicious little cookie and the vanilla latte was just perfect. Not too sweet.The food was delicious,as usual, and our waiter was on point at all times.
What a cozy little place, strangely enough tucked away inside Makro right by the entrance but somehow it works and it’s the perfect place to have a cuppa pre- or post-shopping. Or even in between, you can take your trolley with you and carry on shopping afterwards. This was the second time we’ve been and it was still enjoyable.Waiters are friendly and service is good, the coffees and cajun chicken and feta wrap to share arrived quickly. The bill came to R107 which is quite decent, the wrap was huuge and the coffees are good quality. Their chips are really good, with the same spices as Steers but not as overwhelming. The picture shown is a bacon, avo & feta sandwich (on rye) we had the previous time, I was too hungry this time around and clean forgot. Perhaps the best part is the view from the restaurant over the selection of HD tvs for sale at Makro. We had a great time watching the bright displays, this time holiday places but without sound so we could still have a great conversation. For some unknown reason we really like this cozy coffee shop in Makro? If you need to do bulk shopping, don’t miss out on Wiesenhoff.
