This is one place I’ve seen but never got a chance to checking out. Was super excited when I got the opportunity to go for a foodie meerup here. At first I got a bit lost and don’t know where it was but once I found i was really surprised hey. It’s like a proper health store with a lovely small cafe. Literally everything gluten and low carb and whatever you need they have.The table setting was beautiful and full of color. I have to say the lemon/apple green juice was amazing I really liked it, it had a bitter sour taste to it (from the lemon) but I absolutely loved it. We were then treated to a deconstructed fruit salad, some pancakes, falafels and a hemp brownie omg the brownie is to die for!Whilst the drinks came, I had a red cappuccino and a chai latte and it was really good. We then had more dessert a cheesecake, more chocolate brownies. Everything was amazing.This is one store I’ll definitely be back for. The cafe is amazing and everything healthy is found here. Loved it 🙂
I was invited for a foodie meet up this morning at Wellness Cafe. Our table was laid out beautifully and we were treated to an array of filing and healthy dishes. My favourite was the falafel wrap, the matcha pancakes with nut butter and the apple, mint and lemon green juice. I was really impressed that most of what we had to eat was gluten free and vegan friendly. Try the hemp brownies, they are so moist and yummy. A great place to stock up on all your healthy essentials and grab a smoothie to go.
