Most disgusting excuse for curry I have ever come across in my life. Ordered a quarter mutton bunny to eat on the premises. (R50) 15 – 20 min later I was served a brown mush which had no resemblance to curry whatsoever. (curry should be red in colour) I can only assume this food (and I use that term loosely) was pre-cooked and frozen and defrosted and heated for my consumption. I finished about half the meal and decided to let my feelings be known. When I quite respectfully voiced my opinion and suggested she acquire some decent curry powder, possibly from the spice shop around the corner where I normally purchase my masala from, I was told that that curry powder was dyed and it was fake. I might add, that I have lived in Durban all my life, and know exactly what a decent bunny is.
We come here quite often the food is simple and delicious, the service is great and we never leave disappointed their bunnies are some of the best u can have in Durban especially a fan of the chicken curry and broad beans.
