Service was friendly and fairly efficient. Food was bad – lacked flavour. Burger patty tasted like one from the frozen food section of a supermarket. Rump steak was over-cooked and dry. Nothing Portuguese about the place at all – apart from the name and some wines on the menu.

Comparing to Pistols Saloon that doesn’t even have all the nice facilities, this place is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Pistols Saloon is a gem. Once service was offered, nothing after that again and to top it off, your place was half empty in high season .. That’s a clear sign people don’t like this place. Sort out your waiters and train them properly on what you sell!!!

This laid back restaurant serves an extensive selection of delicious Portuguese dishes. Their portion sizes are generous and their prices are reasonable. However, you can expect service to be a bit slow and tables to be limited during their peak season in December.

Went down the Wild Coast for the day, after a fun filled day at Wild Waters we wanted to get some waffles at The Waffle House- 45 min wait 🙁 we then tried Mac Bananas for pancakes- 1 hour wait for pancakes 🙁 🙁 We ended up going for waffles at Fazenda, I would suggest sticking to their food menu and @not the desserts. Our waffles were very thin and lacked taste, the batter just was not up to scratch. However the table next to us ordered chicken and bunnie chows which looked absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back for only mains next time.
