Bought a pizza and was very boring and tasteless. Coffee on the other hand is very tasty. This was my coffee joint during my stay. Cashier only chews bubblegum and not that friendly.
Melting moments claim to have the best soft serve ice cream on the South Coast. We will never find out if this is true. We walked into the store and asked the African lady behind the counter which of the three cup sizes was the small size, as they all pretty much looked the same stacked way in the back behind the counter. We asked her to please hand us a small cup size so that we could see the size. She just stood there and pointed at all the cups saying: It’s over there. We again asked to physically see the cup. She just pointed again and said: It’s that one over there. At this point I told her to not be so lazy and to please walk the four steps and hand us the small cup. Yet again she just pointed to the cups while blowing and popping a bubble gum bubble in my face. We decided that we will order the small cup even though we were not given the option to actually make up our minds if the small cup will be to small. The lady then decided that we were rude to her and finished all her paperwork strewn around the till while making us wait. When she finally walked the four steps to the soft serve machine, she declared that the ice cream is melted inside the machine and that we will have to wait. This after she just made a milkshake with ice cream from the same machine when we walked into the store. We left completely taken aback by the incredibly rude service we just received and I am just wondering if the owner actually knows how badly his staff are treating his customers and how many business he is losing because his staff decides who gets ice cream and who do not. Shocking!
