We had great service from the staff at Versailles on Sunday night and the morning after. I had booked the glass area for my husband’s birthday and it was a beautiful spot which was beautifully set up prior to our arrival. Sihle was readily available to answer all my questions prior to the booking & he was extremely friendly. Njabulo who was our waiter for the night took really good care of me and my 25 guests. The food (both dinner & breakfast) was really tasty and all the dishes were enjoyed. The only thing that put us off was at breakfast there was a manager of some sort who had told one of the waiters that he will punch them in front of the guests (fist made for effect as well),that really did not sit well with me as things like that should not happen in front of guests. With exception to that our overall experience was 5* and we will definitely be back again.

We went at peak time on a Sunday morning and even though it was full to capacity the flow and queues went by very fast, especially the egg station.The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no shortage of food at any point. Everything and more you need/want for breakfast is served. Good value for the money we paid overnight and breakfast for 2 the following morning.We had a good filling breakfast with an ocean view.
Place is perfectly situated, overlooking the beachfront. Tried the breakfast buffet for R150pp, the food was absolutely delicious with a variety of savories and desserts. Staff were friendly and on par, looking forward to visiting again.
