Very unhappy with the service. We were the only ones in the place ordering food after we spent 2 hours having some sundowners in the restaurant. After having to repeat our order 3 times the waiter still got it wrong. We ordered an avo and feta tramezzini and she brought us – avo, cheese and feta on a plate – ( unfortunately she took the plate before I could snap a photo ) . The other order was spicy chicken wings and peri peri sauce with a cheese and garlic roll which also came out to us as BBQ wings and garlic bread only . Manager came out to apologize very politely, but unfortunately we did not stick around for the rest of the evening.
Placed my order with a friendly waitress on arrival before 17:00. Over 30 minutes later she comes to tell me that my order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. I had to ask her to repeat herself because I thought I heard wrong and it was noisy. She confirmed and said the kitchen was very busy. I asked why while looking around to find there was one other (large) table of maybe 8 people and 2 or so people having drinks at the bar and the rest of the restaurant was empty. The food came about 40-45 minutes later (18:10) and not as ordered. Won’t see me back here ever again.
