Really disappointed with the service! Shocking waiters! Food was good but drinks and food take for ever to get to the table. There is no real follow up. This is the second time we have been here and the second time we have had a bad experience.
First time at Europa. Ordered t-bone steak and chips. Service is fairly fast and unobtrusive but sometimes you wait a bit for your waiter to appear.I don’t know if the steak was tough or if my knife was dull but it was quite a mission to slice. The flavour of the steak was delicious and the chips were also superb.All in all it was an okay experience. I think I would give Europa another try but they need airconditioning inside as it was unbearably hot.
This is by far one of the most consistent Restaurants in Nelspruit as far as service and quality is concerned. It’s such a pleasure to have breakfast here and the make and awesome cappuccino! Bravo!
