The picture I took looks deceiving! Oh my goodness, the chicken was so dry like it was laying there the whole day then just basted with sauce and presented. Chips was not fried properly. Even the pap was not fresh. Haven’t had this experience with Galitos brown street.
Excellent chicken and sides as is expected from Galito’s. Only disappointment was the pap but that’s acceptable given that i don’t even like pap. The sauce is to die for. Ate there 3 times during my last visit to the city. Must try.
