Costa is looking beautiful now that it has moved to Sonpark! However, we just had their lasagna and I must say, as far as I’m concerned, tomato is essential to Bolognese sauce, and Bolognese essential for a good lasagna. This beefy cheese lasagna was just not appetizing at all. However, I am looking forward to giving Costa another try very soon (maybe try something more Portuguese i.s.o Italian).
