Good food but atrocious service. We waited about 10 minutes for our table to be cleaned, and another 10 before someone came to take our drinks orders. Our orders were incorrect not once or twice, but three times, this after we were told that my “order page” had been “lost”. Surely ticking off boxes would be the most fool proof way to ensure an order is correct, but apparently not. No apologies were made for the mistakes and the long waiting times. In short, we are sorely disappointed and will be dining elsewhere in the future.
Sam Shake our waiter needs to be cloned. Great service. Then the feta bombs was really the bomb! Wings could have been left a little longer in the deep fryer, but was still very good. Burgers as always a must have at Rocomamas. This one is making the franchise proud.
