One of our days spent out of Joburg was at the Cradle Health Spa in Hartbeespoort. The little restaurant that they have at the spa has a small selection of the common favourites that people would like for breakfast, lunch and supper.We had breakfast there after spending a night and having a spa treatment. I ordered the normal breakfast, with bacon, 2 eggs, sausage (that I substituted for extra bacon), mushrooms, grilled tomato and toast. The eggs were perfectly cooked as i had requested (for some reason its not often you get your eggs done the way they were requested), the bacon was lovely and crispy, and the mushrooms were bought alive by the HP sauce they were cooked in.
