Cherry is a very nice cocktail bar just above the casino in theold Sun City hotel. The decor is done in the classic style which gives a relaxing atmosphere to have a drink. They also have a few beers on tap.
This is the only option in Sun City for a late Dinner or if you have forgotten reserving a table at a restaurant of your choice and when walk-ins could be very difficult. This restaurant is situated on a deck exactly above the casino so most of the patrons are either here before / after-play and getting a table is pretty easy here. We were here because we had forgotten reserving tables at restaurants all around Sun City.It’s precisely a bar that offers very limited ‘quick-bites and salads’ options. Kunnu wasn’t to hungry so he chose to go for a Greek Salad and I chose to go for a Chicken Breast. Both were pretty decent (but could have been better). This is a place to grab a quick bite or drink.
This is the best place to go in sun city when everything else is closed, very good service and food. I have eaten here a number of times and recommended the curry or toasted sandwiches and burgers are all great.
