We decided to try the Luma Bar as we stayed at the hotel and felt for virgin mojito’s..probably the worst I’ve had, tasted pretty much like sprite mixed with some mint leaves and ice. However, the service at the Luma Bar was good..perhaps I should order a different drink next time..
Seldom do I give give such bad reviews. So we staying in this hotel for the weekend. Service is non existent and the waiters have the dumbest look in their faces. Permanently. And on top of it all you are being charged a premium price. The weakest spur has way better service than this place. It could possibly be better run by some kindergarten kids. Pathetic to say the absolute least. One gentleman waited two hours and a half hours for a sandwich.

It took forever for one drink to arrive. The beautiful sunset view, live music and vibey atmosphere compensated for the complete lack of service.
