Delicious tea and coffee with snacks. Relaxing area with a nice view of the gardens which is nice. Want to come back. Especially on a nice warm sunny day
What ridiculous service at this bar, considering they are in a 5 star hotel the service is actually a disgrace. The barman stands and does nothing while the one waitress must deliver food and make drinks. Waited over an hour for a sandwich, the most expensive sandwich in the world as well. Ended up taking it take away and having it in my room. The manager comes waltzing in there as if nothing is wrong and only starts to help the poor waitress after I complained. Almost every single customer went to complain. Not good. And because they have a waitress mixing drinks instead of a barman I got the most ridiculous martini, shaken with ice, then when I ordered my 2nd martini as I had to kill the time somehow while waiting for my sandwich I said I did not want ice and it was literally 2 sips. Their prices are exorbitant and the service extremely poor but the staff did not seem to worried about this.
