About
Barrington's offer a contemporary South African take on smokehouse cuisine. A custom made smoker is responsible for many of the slow-cooked, free range meats and organic vegetables that feature in many of the signature dishes. The menus are uniquely South African and have a strong focus on many of our country's indigenous ingredients as well as Barrington's own organic produce from their incredible on-site kitchen garden. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the tranquil and stylish Barrington's Brasserie overlooks the beautiful Piesang Valley hills. The sophisticated and imposing Barrington's bar is a stylish and contemporary space in which to enjoy a range of Tapas and Barrington's very own craft beer which is brewed onsite. The four founding beers -include a lager, weiss, English ale and American rye ale. In addition, the bar also stocks a wide variety of craft gins, single malt whiskey's and a fabulous selection of South African wines.Details

We are always at a loss at how drab and uninteresting table salads can be at restaurants, but not at Barringtons! With a variety of interesting salad leaves, herbs and roasted vegetables, dressed with an excellent homemade mayonnaise, we were blown away!
We were so pleasantly surprised that Plett now boasts such a stylish original restaurant , micro brewery and organic veggie garden . The service was wonderful, the food delicious and imaginative but the noise was horrendous and marred the experience. Difficult for everyone .
This is Plett’s newest restaurant and it features a beautiful herb garden, craft brewery and smoker.I had a pork neck which was a bit overcooked – otherwise everything was awesome. R675 for two including tip. A great family restaurant near the golf club.
