Rude, unhelpful staff turn a couple away ahead of us when there were clearly tables available. Refused to do take always because they couldn’t handle the pressure with not even a offer to wait or have a drink. Will never come back
So we came here and waited outside for 10 minutes while the waiters passed us & didn’t attend to us, we eventually left & dined somewhere else. 2 days later we decided to give them another shot & go back, The food was Horrible. I had the Combo pizza which had chicken & bacon & my friend had the pasta that had chicken & bacon. We both complained that the food was bland. Who gets pizza wrong? The only up side of our time there was our lovely waiter, she was friendly & kept checking on us,forgot her name. We gave our food away to some homeless guys who im sure also didn’t enjoy the meal despite their hunger.
While we stayed in Plett, we must have visited Nepo’s about three or four times. Great service, amazing food and a very relaxed vibe. I will definitely come back next year!
Utterly family unfriendly. We arrived to an empty and staffed restaurant for a lovely Christmas breakfast as a family (with children) and were rudely and unceremoniously turned away. The reason for this was because ‘they couldnt possibly serve us’. While other tables were being seated and served.
