All round bad experience. Asked for a table on the deck when booked weeks ago and didn’t get it. We were then told they couldn’t move us. No real options other than salad for vege’s and vegans. Brought us the wrong champagne which ended up being double the cost and we had to pay for it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The setting is magnificent but what underwhelming food. The sirloin was recommended by the staff. First attempt saw a well done steak brought to me instead of medium rare. It was replaced and second time round was medium rare but tasteless. The honey mustard sauce had no taste at all and was a minute helping. Food overpriced and all in all a disappointing experience. In no rush to return. Was in a party of 9 people all of whom shared this opinion.

A lovely restaurant with a superb view. Friendly, eager to please staff. Great food, which were all nicely presented. The apple and walnut salad was lovely. Enjoyed the crumbed cheese. The vegetarian stir fry was delicious. The curry was very spicy yet had a nice variety of vegetables in it. It would be nice to see more options for vegetarians. The selection of desserts were alright. Enjoyable visits overall.

Brilliant – never lets us down. Went for Christmas lunch. Table had a variety of dishes all were superb. Will always return here when possible.

We booked but were surprised that the restaurant was almost empty. In prvious years it was essential to book. Menu varied with meat, fish and curry dishes. The Calamari tubes excellent. Trio of meat and steak good, and nice wine selection to top it off. Stunning views during the day
