About
Built and managed by Derek Saul Fisanthoek brewing is a small brewery based in the garden route. Derek is a blacksmith/sculptor with a deep love for permaculture principles in his engagement to life. This love passes into the brewery, all the grain used are non gmo grains, ethically farmed and imported due to local grains being sprayed heavily. The beer made at Fisanthoek Brewing is made from rainwater and this imparts a beautiful softness to the range. From November 2019 the brewery will be open on Fridays and Saturdays. From December we will be open 3 days a week for visiting/ drinking/take away and a small lunch/dinner menu. Come and visit us from Friday till Sunday in between 1pm and 10pm. The kitchen will be open till 8.30pm.Details

A brilliant lunch that was beautifully presented and very tasty. I follow a Keto diet and the chef happily accommodated me . Highly recommend
