We have visited numerous other Buena Vista’s and we normally enjoy our outings.. But this place seems a bit lost when compared to the other establishments the surround it. Always empty, and their service was pathetic. We waited so long for our food, the waiter was nowhere to be found at most of times, and he barely understood us? It seems like Eden on Bay can do much better than this.. The food was average, and if given the choice, I will 9.9/10 times rather go next door to another place.
Food okay. Service very poor. Most red wines sold out and some menu items not available. Waitrons seem irritated. Waited for cutlery 5 mins after meal was served. Waited for glasses for our bottled water for 15 minutes. Then got dirty glasses and finally got beer glasses.
Service slow and food was average, pretty disappointing- but the atmosphere was grand with much dancing and salsa. I think it’s a nice place to go out.
