I thought that I’d get coffee and maybe a bite to eat, but there was no food on offer, which wasn’t an issue as I was mainly after the caffeine fix. The coffee was superb. I had a frozen coffee as it was an exceptionally hot day and it was just what the doctor ordered. The decor is very interesting, statues of heads with holes in them. There are comfortable couches to laze on. It’s a very small and intimate place – hatch is quite an accurate name, so don’t think of taking a huge group for a coffee. Of course you can grab your coffee and take a walk along the beach if that’s what you prefer.
