Do not order chicken at this establishment! Came with the family expecting a lovely meal, but alas, there had to be a meal unworthy of serving. And it’s always mom’s meal. Has a nice cosy feel, but not everything is advertised as per the menu.
Set right on the Main Street this little tavern is a gem. Good and friendly service with outside seating. The food is good, especially the oysters and the drinks are cold
After booking a special table for lunch, I arrived to be told that I could not have the booked table as a friend of the restaurant owner was using it. Tallas is not a great restaurant but it was conveniently located. The food is average and the service ordinary. The location is great, however. I’m not sure that after this experience I will ever go back there. If you go, do not book table 22 as the restaurant owner’s friend might have taken it despite your timeous booking!
Owner should get involved. Very sad. Terrible coffee and terrible service in a beautiful location. Walked out without ordering. Not worth wasting your time here
