Ek het Sondag daar geëet. ‘n Junior ontbyt bestel. Die wors was kurkdroog soos in gister gebak. Die bestelde sagte eier, was net so kliphard. Geen konfyt of verdere diens nie. Ek sal nie weer maklik daar gaan eet nie. Die tuisgebakte brood wat ek agterna gekoop het, was van uitstaande gehalte
If you love milktart, then this will be your new favourite place. They sell the best milktart in the Western Cape, and they have an award to prove it. Besides creating silky smooth, mouth-watering milktart they also have massive breakfasts, takeaways and proper ‘boerekos’ cooked food that you can order and pick up after work. There are also pies and pastries to buy and enjoy elsewhere, but it’s their milk tart that will always have me returning. Order yours in advance to avoid disappointment.

Quint, very farmy little place in Brackenfell. They have the best milktarts and pies that you’ll find in the area, and offer a sit down menu as well. It’s a little cramped to sit inside, as people are constantly in and out, but it’s definitely a cute and different little spot.
