Bad experience from the start. First we place our order and then wait as was expected to, only to find out that they didn’t make one of the meals. We sat another 15 minutes while they prepared the missing meal.When we get home and open up the sushi, we bought buy one get one free, but the free was missing. After phoning them and arranging to pick up the missing sushi, we get there and they refuse to fix up their mess.I’m very disappointed as we paid for something we didn’t get. Overall I might have been happy with the portion sizes and price, but I will never go back there again.Might explain why the restaurant was empty!
Was very excited to go but was so disappointed in everything. Waiter was friendly but very slow and did not remember our orders. Food arrived so slow that some of us did not get our food, we had to wait for it so not even half of us had food. The Chicken corn soup was so sweet we had to put a lot of salt in to take some of the sweetness away. The chicken chow mein was uneaten able. Of the 3 of us that ordered it none of us ate it. The Sea food chow mein was maid with 2min noodels. So sorry. No wonder there were only 8 other people and the 7 of us in that big restaurant for about 100 + people.

This venue does not care about anyone and arrogantly plays loud music with wide open doors on a Sunday evening at 11pm just a few meters from about 200+ residential apartments where most people and children are trying to get some sleep for work the next day. I will never spend a cent there as this is how they seem to treat customers as well.
