Good fast food pizza place. â—¾The service was helpful and friendly. â—¾Good atmosphere and decoration.â—¾The large pizzas are like a medium size pizza. I Definitely recomend to add the cheese pops around your pizza, it taste delicious.
In terms of the environment, Pizza Hut has the best look & feel that I’ve seen in take away places. Neat and clean table, decorated with plants and edgy walls. The service was helpful and friendly, and the pizzas were good. Their pizzas are smaller than other places; the large is the size of a medium and a small is barely enough for a little kid, but that aside, it was good.
I have been reading the reviews on Zomato and was a bit sceptical placing my order last night.I was pleasantly surprised! This was really good. Everyone makes it a habit of complaining all the time, but no-one ever takes the time to compliment. Really enjoyed it and will definately be ordering from Pizza Hut Durbanville again.The only critism would be the lady on the phone and I did not understand eachother to well, but she got my order right, but this is minor.Keep it up!
I rate a 1 for answering the phone. I tried to order after receiving a sms offering the spiderman triple treat box special. My wife was working late and decided to order from Pizza Hut Durbanville. However when I got through, the lady could barely speak English and battled to even get my name right(Rob). Not a hard one. Then was my phone number, this went smoothly. However my address as a new client was not possible. After attempting to get my address correct numerous times and not succeeding I decided that the risk of not getting my dinner delivered and the possibility of the order being wrong was too great so cancelled my attempt at Pizza hut Durbanville and made spaghetti bolognaise at home. All in all not a great experience. The spaghetti turned out great.
