First off extra points for being open on a Sunday. Not many places stay open on Sunday in Woodstock nevermind staying open till late evening. Please update your Open Times so it reflects as you being open on Sundays. Noticed it said closed when I looked while I was there. Food wise the few starters and side dishes we shared as a group had a distinct Cape Malay spin on some classic South African dishes. This makes the food unique to this spot. I would like to see a bit more on the lines of a tapas styled platters as it’s a great place to enjoy the view of the mountain or watch a sunset with friends over a drink or a decadent chocolate milkshake. The atmosphere is almost like a mini market exploded out of a the caravan that is parked inside the the place that also houses the music logistics. Feels very heavily inspired by the Madame Zingara franchise while still feeling unique. Good food, thumping music (it gets more chilled the later it gets) and laid back vibes makes this a spot that blends super well into the bohemian feeling that is becoming the Woodstock eating out scene.
