Redemption Burgers is a gourmet burger bar where all burgers and toppings are prepared freshly in-store. Each burger has been paired to a specific South African craft beer. A large range of local craft beers are stocked and our passionate beer experts will gladly take you through the range. The venue is ideal for groups and pairings/tastings can be arranged.
The restaurant itself has a great vibe and beautiful decor. We went for lunch and the place was basically empty which was maybe a sign. Tried their Beef and chicken burgers and I was left feeling like I should have gone across the street and gotten Steers instead. Decent toppings and flavours but the burger bun was too big and alittle stale. Luckily I used the entertainer so I felt like I got what I paid for. Their house beer is probably the one thing I enjoyed.
Awesome burgers! Their burger patties are juicy, overall good experience at Redemption, great vibe as it is in the old biscuit mill. We will definitely return for more!
I appreciate a good burger and Redemption didn’t disappoint. The meat was good and the toppings were tasty. The fact that they pair the burger with a local beer is another selling point that I really loved. The old biscuit is such a quaint setting and it makes for a great atmosphere.
